Segundo o documento, os vereadores T\u00e2nia Bastos (PRB), Dr. Eduardo Moura ((PSC), Carlinhos Mec\u00e2nico (PPS) e \u00c9lton Bab\u00fa (PT) solicitaram \u00e0 mesa que &#8220;desconsiderasse&#8221; suas assinaturas, uma vez que &#8220;n\u00e3o tinham conhecimento&#8221; da \u00edntegra do documento que assinaram. Vale lembrar que pelo menos dois desses vereadores, por sua pr\u00f3pria iniciativa, procuraram a assessoria do Vereador Eliomar Coelho, no \u00faltimo dia 28\/06 para assinar o requerimento.<\/p>\n<p>O Presidente da CMRJ, Jorge Fellippe (PMDB), acatou a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o com base num precedente regimental de discut\u00edvel validade para o caso em tela. O mandato Eliomar Coelho (PSOL) j\u00e1 est\u00e1 providenciando a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um recurso \u00e0 mesa diretora, uma vez que o precedente regimental trata exclusivamente de mat\u00e9rias legislativas &#8212; o que n\u00e3o incluiria um requerimento como o da CPI das Remo\u00e7\u00f5es. Desta forma, deve-se aplicar diretamente o que determina o Regimento Interno da C\u00e2mara Municipal e manter as 19 assinaturas registradas na sess\u00e3o do \u00faltimo dia 28\/06\/2011.<\/p>\n<p>Independente das intemp\u00e9ries burocr\u00e1ticas evocadas pelos preclaros vereadores do Rio de Janeiro, ter\u00e7a-feira, 05\/07, haver\u00e1 uma sess\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria da C\u00e2mara Municipal para votar mat\u00e9rias de interesse do Prefeito e, certamente, ser\u00e1 o \u00faltimo grande qu\u00f3rum do semestre. Ap\u00f3s esta sess\u00e3o, a C\u00e2mara Municipal entrar\u00e1 em recesso at\u00e9 01\/08\/2011 e da\u00ed muitas outras a\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser encaminhadas pela Prefeitura do Rio. J\u00e1 foram 5.000 fam\u00edlias removidas das formas desumanas e ilegais, at\u00e9 agora.<\/p>\n<p>Temos duas possibilidades: ou conseguimos duas novas assinaturas nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, ou convencemos o Exmo Sr Presidente da CMRJ de que o tal precedente regimental n\u00e3o se aplica \u00e0 mat\u00e9ria em quest\u00e3o e d\u00ea prosseguimento \u00e0 instala\u00e7\u00e3o da CPI com as 19 assinaturas originais. De qualquer forma, \u00e9 fundamental uma grande mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para que ocupemos novamente as galerias da C\u00e2mara dos Vereadores e chamemos \u00e0 responsabilidade, tanto os vereadores que ainda n\u00e3o assinaram o requerimento, quanto os que assinaram e depois solicitaram a malfadada &#8220;desconsidera\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Vale lembrar que a CPI das Remo\u00e7\u00f5es pretende investigar diversos ind\u00edcios de irregularidades nos procedimentos adotados pela Prefeitura do Rio junto a fam\u00edlias (tanto de \u00e1reas formais quanto de \u00e1reas informais) atingidas por grandes interven\u00e7\u00f5es urban\u00edsticas (Porto Maravilha, entorno do Samb\u00f3dromo e do Maracan\u00e3) e pelos corredores Trans (Transcarioca, Transol\u00edmpica e Transoeste). Ao longo dos \u00faltimos meses, verificou-se uma sucess\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es violentas, ilegais e que atentam contra a ordem constitucional, o que pode configurar diversos crimes na al\u00e7ada penal, ambiental e administrativa. A luta contra as remo\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 mais que uma luta pela dignidade das fam\u00edlias atingidas.
