O evento busca discutir a igualdade <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1uqz3CW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">racial<\/a> em empresas e a inclus\u00e3o da popula\u00e7\u00e3o negra no <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2fz8ak8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mercado de trabalho<\/a> e na <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1acNApR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">educa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O F\u00f3rum foi organizado pelo <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2eYMtYD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto Identidades do Brasil (ID_BR)<\/a>, uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos, comprometida com a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1iqdzi3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">direitos humanos<\/a> e focada na <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2fzcL5O\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">igualdade<\/a> racial.<\/p>\n<p>Na abertura do evento, a candidatura do <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1RjyYiv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cais do Valongo<\/a> a Patrim\u00f4nio da Humanidade foi apresentada pelo antrop\u00f3logo Milton Guran. Considerado um dos principais portos de entrada do <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1S9AAtc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tr\u00e1fico negreiro<\/a>, onde desembarcaram um milh\u00e3o de escravos africanos na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O Cais do Valongo foi al\u00e7ado a Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural da cidade em 20 de novembro de 2013 pelo <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1nbZbml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto Rio Patrim\u00f4nio da Humanidade (IRPH)<\/a> e teve sua candidatura aceita pela Unesco. A decis\u00e3o da Unesco dever\u00e1 sair em junho de 2017.<\/p>\n<p>No Brasil <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2esttRy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mais de metade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 negra<\/a>, por\u00e9m a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1owRf9p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">desigualdade<\/a> racial entre brancos e negros \u00e9 alarmante.<\/p>\n<p>Luana Gen\u00f3t, fundadora do Instituto Identidades do Brasil apresentou o selo Sim \u00e0 Igualdade Racial e afirmou que &#8220;debater igualdade racial com as empresas \u00e9 urgente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rioonwatch.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/F\u00f3rum-2-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23340 size-content\" title=\"Luana Gen\u00f3t fundadora do Instituto Identidades do Brasil apresenta o selo Sim \u00e0 Igualdade Racial. Na primeira mesa &#8220;Igualdade racial na gest\u00e3o e cultura organizacional das empresas&#8221; participaram representantes da White Martins e Schneider Electric. Segundo Carolina Werneck, gerente de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da White Martins, \u201ca estrat\u00e9gia para a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2flSiMT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diversidade<\/a> na White Martins contribui diretamente para a forte competitividade da empresa no mercado. Nos proporciona inova\u00e7\u00e3o e alta produtividade, o que \u00e9 fundamental para gerar excel\u00eancia em nossa gest\u00e3o, qualidade em nossos produtos e servi\u00e7os e uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o com nossos clientes pautada na confiabilidade&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rioonwatch.org.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/F\u00f3rum-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-23344 size-content\" title=\"Mesa de debate : Igualdade racial na gest\u00e3o e cultura organizacional das empresas. Christiane Pinto do Google, apresentou o <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2esnaOa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">programa AfroGooglers<\/a>, que promove capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens negros para trabalharem na empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00faltima mesa \u201cDa teoria \u00e0 pratica do Sim \u00e0 Igualdade Racial: plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o e medidores de impacto\u201d, estavam presentes o Instituto Ethos, Locomotiva Instituto de Pesquisa e <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2eZdqLQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sistema B<\/a>. Renato Meirelles do Locomotiva apresentou dados de pesquisa como a representatividade de 0,6% de mulheres negras nas grandes empresas, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Para Gabriela Valente do Sistema B, os indicadores para medir a\u00e7\u00f5es para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de igualdade racial, s\u00f3 ser\u00e3o efetivos quando a popula\u00e7\u00e3o negra estiver no mesmo espa\u00e7o para a discuss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O I F\u00f3rum Sim \u00e0 Igualdade Racial obteve algumas conquistas iniciais como: a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de bolsas integrais de curso de ingl\u00eas para estudantes negros pela <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2esrKvv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cel Lep<\/a>;\u00a0empresas como <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2e6hj2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Serasa<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2eZbRNP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brownie do Luiz<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2fgQM2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karamello Rio<\/a> e <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2fm4NI9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundo HIG\/Cel Lep<\/a>\u00a0que disseram sim \u00e0 Igualdade Racial; Sistema B se comprometeu em estudar com o ID_BR formas de engajar <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2f5Mury\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">empresas B<\/a> com a Igualdade Racial; e o Museu do Amanh\u00e3 se comprometeu em sediar o evento na pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o em 2017.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tha\u00eds Rosa Pinheiro \u00e9 mestra em Mem\u00f3ria Social pela UNIRIO e fundadora da ag\u00eancia de turismo de base comunit\u00e1ria <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2e8iLkB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conectando Territ\u00f3rios<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Click Here for English O Primeiro F\u00f3rum Sim \u00e0 Igualdade Racial foi sediado no Museu do Amanh\u00e3, no dia 26 de outubro.
