No <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3y8xWPm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Morro do Sereno<\/a>, no <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3f3adY2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Complexo da Penha<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2ETpYR1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zona Norte<\/a>, o valor da conta pesa no or\u00e7amento das fam\u00edlias, que acessam um servi\u00e7o bastante deficit\u00e1rio. Essa realidade, e mais v\u00e1rios dados relevantes, foi revelada em n\u00fameros na pesquisa \u2018<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/369dfH2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luz em Dados: Um Mergulho Profundo no Acesso, Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o e Seguran\u00e7a no Morro do Sereno<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, produzida por <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3wFPSQ8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karina Figueiredo<\/a>, moradora da comunidade. Ainda na Zona Norte, outra pesquisa revelou a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de (in)seguran\u00e7a experimentada pelos moradores do <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2K1s59x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Complexo da Mar\u00e9<\/a> com a rede el\u00e9trica que atende \u00e0s casas. As pesquisas elucidaram em dados, qualitativos e quantitativos, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es do acesso \u00e0 energia nesses territ\u00f3rios. Um cen\u00e1rio, frequentemente invis\u00edvel, do ponto de vista dos dados p\u00fablicos. O estudo \u2018<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3u08FFn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como Anda a Luz no Jacarezinho?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, produzido pelos integrantes do <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2UlyrYb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LabJaca<\/a> Bruno Sousa e Thiago Nascimento, revelou que a falta de luz \u00e9 comum na comunidade e afeta, de diversas formas, a vida dos moradores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da favela C\u00e9sar Maia, em <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3iEc3ks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vargem Pequena<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2VcmBwc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zona Oeste<\/a>, partiu a reflex\u00e3o sobre como o servi\u00e7o deficit\u00e1rio de energia pode <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3pi6c79\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">afetar o funcionamento das unidades de sa\u00fade<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e prejudicar a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contra a <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2QZjDJI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Covid-19<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nas favelas do Rio. Nesse per\u00edodo de pandemia, o alto valor das contas pesa ainda mais sobre o or\u00e7amento das fam\u00edlias mais pobres, como demonstraram as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3dC1xrK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vozes da favela Palmeira, em Niter\u00f3i<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ouvidas na mat\u00e9ria escrita por <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3B1YyUp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mayara Pereira<\/a>, moradora da comunidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outra fonte de energia que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pesa sobre o or\u00e7amento das fam\u00edlias perif\u00e9ricas <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9 o g\u00e1s de cozinha<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Em algumas capitais o botij\u00e3o chega a custar R$100. Ainda que seja considerado um servi\u00e7o essencial, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/34H7Rui\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no Brasil a energia n\u00e3o \u00e9 um direito social<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e seu acesso universal n\u00e3o est\u00e1 previsto na <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/37V6hY3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal<\/a>, como reportou <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3hNPxH7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Michel Silva<\/a> da <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2XuTtjt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rocinha<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/30E2zNw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maci\u00e7o da Pedra Branca<\/a>, na Zona Oeste, os relatos mostram que as injusti\u00e7as energ\u00e9ticas s\u00e3o um problema hist\u00f3rico.
