O poema <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u00fatria <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aborda de forma cr\u00edtica reflexos e consequ\u00eancias do <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2lYYNgW\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">racismo estrutural<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/glo.bo\/3GOJix9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas higienistas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> voltadas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3wrGTma\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o preta e favelada<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c9 baseado na jornada e na viv\u00eancia do autor\u2014homem, jovem, negro e morador de favela\u2014que o poema traz quest\u00f5es sociais cr\u00f4nicas vividas por moradores de favela, como o <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3CJ102N\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">abandono paterno<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/30PUPsB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">viol\u00eancia policial<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. O v\u00eddeo exp\u00f5e de forma significativa tem\u00e1ticas contempor\u00e2neas vivenciadas por jovens negros moradores de periferia, assumindo a forma de relato po\u00e9tico, na estrutura popularizada pelos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">slams<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que nas \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas tomaram as periferias e favelas do mundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marcos Vinicios, o autor e int\u00e9rprete do poema, e Saulo Nicolai, idealizador e diretor do v\u00eddeo slam, cresceram juntos no <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1gZcqDj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morro do Fogueteiro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, na <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3m7rrqz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zona Central<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> do Rio, que, como lembram, era uma favela considerada perigosa durante os anos de inf\u00e2ncia de ambos, nas d\u00e9cadas de 1990 e 2000. Marcos e Saulo foram crian\u00e7as que sobreviveram desde abusos por parte do poder p\u00fablico \u00e0 coa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos poderes locais. Foram constantemente colocados em uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de fazer escolhas dif\u00edceis de vida.
